Cancellation Policy

• All reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card. Reservation will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
• 22 December - 2 January (peak period): Minimum stay of 3 nights is required. A full, non-refundable pre-payment of the full stay is required upon booking confirmation.
• All policies and package details are subject to change without prior notice.
