Terms and Conditions

• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% Government tax.
  3rd/5th person surcharge with bed is USD 100++ per night (only applicable in Valley Villa, Bayfront Villa and Bayfront Pool Villas). This surcharge excludes all package inclusions.
• Child Policy : Extra person surcharge is applicable for children aged 2 to 12.
• Return land transfers in Bintan is available at USD 25 nett per car (max 3 persons).
• Early & Late Departure Fee: 100% of entire stay.
• No pets are allowed.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.  
• In accordance with the banking regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, payment by credit card shall be denominated in Rupiah. The conversion to Rupiah shall be made at the time of payment based on the selling rate advised by Bank Indonesia.
• Not valid with other discounts, coupons or special promotions.
• Free upgrade to the next category is subject to space availability.
• The unique architectural style of Banyan Tree Bintan villas may pose a potential risk for children below the age of 12 years. Kindly be advised that guests with children are requested to read and sign a Disclaimer Form upon check-in. Please understand that the hotel will not be responsible for any harm, injury or loss that may be suffered by your child during the stay.
