Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Bahraini Dinar per villa per night
- Rates include Daily Breakfast for a maximum of 2 persons at the Desert Pool Villa and a maximum of 4 persons at the Royal Pool Villa
- Rates are subject to a 15% service charge and prevailing government tax of 5%.
- Check-in time: from 1500 hrs; Check-out times: before 1200 noon.
- Credit card information provided does not require signature and constitutes approval by cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- All prices and package details are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received later than 48 hours prior to standard resort check-in time will be subject to charge equivalent to 50% of the entire stay.
- No-shows will be subject to a 100% charge of the entire stay
- Full non-refundable payment required during F1 period from 02-06 April 2008. This will be forfeited in the event of any cancellations.
- A one night non-refundable prepayment required upon reservation. This will be forfeited in the event of any cancellations.
