Airline Miles Terms & Conditions
- The guest can earn miles only from our participating airlines.
- Airline miles for a suite shared by two guests will only be awarded to one guest.
- Once airline miles have been awarded to the designated airline, they may not be transferred to the programme of another participating airline.
- Miles will be credited per stay and can be varied with each airline partners.
- A stay means one night or all consecutive nights regardless of frequency of check-in/check out.
- A stay qualifies for airline mileage accreditation when paying at eligible rates.
- Eligible rates cover published/rack rates, worldwide standard corporate suite rates, the hotel website rates, and package/promotion rates.
- Travel agent rates, airline rates, complimentary or barter rooms, banquet/conference services, credit billed to company or group master bill and other stipulated rates are exempted and not eligible for mileage accreditation.
- The Management reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- The Management shall be the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms and conditions. The decision of the Management shall be final.
- Tax and gratuities to the full value of the service are to be borne by the guest.

- Frequent Stay Benefits Terms & Conditions
- This program is valid from January 1, 2007 until December 31, 2007.
- Each guest is entitled to redeem one Frequent Stay Gift Certificate at any one time.
- The redemption of Frequent Stay Gift Certificates is subject to room availability. All redemption requests must be made at least three weeks in advance through our reservation office at Tel: +66 0 2679 1200, Fax: +66 0 2679 1210 or Email: reservations-bangkok@banyantree.com.
- Frequent Stay Gift Certificates are only valid outside peak/super-peak periods. (Please check with Reservations for validity period prior to booking.)
- All redemptions are subject to the accumulation of sufficient Qualifying Stays and final acceptance by Banyan Tree Bangkok.
- Sufficient Stay or Qualifying Stay means one night or consecutive nights regardless of frequency of check-in/check out.
- Qualifying Stays mean all stays with Banyan Tree Bangkok from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2007 paid at published or corporate suite rates.
- Frequent Stay Benefits are accumulative and guests may choose to redeem benefits at various levels of stay. Once redeemed, guests will start accumulating the Frequent Stay Benefits anew.
- Frequent Stay Gift Certificates will be sent to guests by mail together with a confirmation letter. The guest must present the Frequent Stay Gift Certificate and the confirmation letter upon check-in at the resort/hotel.
- Frequent Stay Gift Certificates are valid for six months from the date of issue.
- Frequent Stay Gift Certificates are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or extended. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the guest is regarded as having redeemed his Frequent Stay Benefits.
- Frequent Stay Gift Certificates can only be used at the property indicated. Frequent Stay Gift Certificates are not exchangeable for cash or credit and are not legal tender.
- Frequent Stay Gift Certificates are not applicable with any other vouchers, promotions or special rates/discounts and are subject to other Terms and Conditions stated on the respective property certificates.
- Frequent Stay Benefits are not awarded for selected rates and bookings made through travel agents, airlines, banquet/conference services, credit billed to company or group master bill and other stipulated rates.
- The Management reserves the right to decline any damaged, defaced or photocopies of Frequent Stay Gift Certificates.
- The Management will not be held responsible for any consequence or replacement in the event of loss, theft, destruction or expiry of Frequent Stay Gift Certificates.
- The Management reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- The Management shall be the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms and conditions. The decision of the Management shall be final.
- Tax and gratuities to the full value of the service are to be borne by the certificate holder.
