Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in THB per suite per night.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7.7% prevailing government tax.
- Check-in and Check-out times : from 1400 hrs and upto 1200 hrs respectively.
- One child under 12 years can stay complimentary with parents, with existing bed, extra bed is chargeable.
- Extra person and bed surcharge at THB1500++ per person per night for Deluxe/Deluxe View Suite, THB2500++ per person per night for Banyan Tree Premier/Banyan Tree Club/Spa & Presidential Suite, excluding package inclusions.
- Transfer from airport is THB2200nett per car per way can be arranged (maximum 3 persons per car).

- 31 Dec : minimum 2 night stay is required.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 48 hours to arrival date, no-shows and early departures will be charge a 100% cancellation fee on full stay and package price.
