Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% Government tax.
- Check-in time: 3 pm. Check-out time: 12 noon.
- 3rd/5th person surcharge with bed is USD 100++ per night (only applicable in Valley Villa, Bayfront Villa and Bayfront Pool Villas). This surcharge excludes all package inclusions.
- Child Policy : Extra person surcharge is applicable for children aged 2 to 12.
- Return land transfers in Bintan is available at USD 25 nett per car (max 3 persons).
- Early & Late Departure Fee: 100% of entire stay.
- No pets are allowed.
- The unique architectural style of Banyan Tree Bintan villas may pose a potential risk for children below the age of 12 years. Kindly be advised that guests with children are requested to read and sign a Disclaimer Form upon check-in. Please understand that the hotel will not be responsible for any harm, injury or loss that may be suffered by your child during the stay.
- Credit card information provided does not require signature and constitutes approval by cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Note in accordance with the banking regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, payment by credit card shall be denominated in Rupiah. The conversion to Rupiah shall be made at the time of payment at the selling rate advised by Bank Indonesia.
- Weekend surcharge of USD 50 applies.
Guarantee Policy:
- All reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card. Reservation will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
* Weekends refer to Fridays, Saturdays, as well as eves of public holidays and public holidays in Singapore. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
- 22 Dec to 2 Jan Peak Period. Prepayment for full stay is required upon reservation and no refund will be given for any cancellation thereafter.
