• Return land transfers in Bintan is available at USD 25 nett per car (max 3 persons).

• Note in accordance with the banking regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, payment by credit card shall be denominated in Rupiah. The conversion to Rupiah shall be made at the time of payment at the selling rate advised by Bank Indonesia.
• 22 Dec 07 to 2 Jan 08 Peak Period. Min.3 night stay, and prepayment for full stay is required upon reservation and no refund will be given for any cancellation thereafter.
• The unique architectural style of Banyan Tree Bintan villas may pose a potential risk for children below the age of 12 years. Kindly be advised that guests with children are requested to read and sign a Disclaimer Form upon check-in. Please understand that the hotel will not be responsible for any harm, injury or loss that may be suffered by your child during the stay.

• All reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card. Reservation will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
• 22 December - 2 January (peak period): Minimum stay of 3 nights is required. A full, non-refundable pre-payment of the full stay is required upon booking confirmation.
