Job Specification and Qualifications :-
• This position reports to the G.M. with dotted lines to the Financial Controller and Chief Information Officer.
• Monitor and administer the network, operation systems, security, saftety, back up and network management procedures to the systems within the hotel.
• Ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot systems within the hotel.
• Ability to train users on the efficient and effective use of the various systems within the hotel.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a hybrid-network environment.
• Work experience in a five star hotel is required.
• Certification of proficiency in MS products, networking will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with various hospitality front and back office systems such as Opera PMS, Sun Systems, Micros, MFF and Point of Sale.
• Detail knowledge of general operations in hospitality industry
• Proven track record in IT system in a five star hotel
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
