1.Competent management of Marketing Communications projects to ensure timely (define as deadline given) completion of projects by all involved in the production;
2.Timely (define as deadline given) turnaround for production of advertisements, new marketing and promotional materials;
3.100% accuracy and meticulous review of marketing collaterals (including advertisements, promotional materials and brochures) developed;
4.Develop, plan, manage and execute photo shoots and video production;
5.Develop and/or edit the various marketing communications materials, including but not restricted to advertisements, collaterals, direct mailers, third-party marketing materials produced within and/or out of BTHR/ANHR offices;
6.Evaluate all advertising proposals and provide value-added recommendations on medium/publications for advertising;
7.Manage critical paths and timelines to ensure timely submission of all advertisements, new marketing & promotional materials (excluding regular brochures and factsheets);
8.Manage and work closely with creative agencies and Art Director for development of new marketing communications and tactical/promotional materials;
9.Provide support in the development of advertising media plan for all existing and pre-opening properties;
10.To undertake any other projects/task as and when assigned by SVP/MD – Sales & Marketing and/or Director, Marketing Communications.
1.Possesses experience in Marketing Communications, including advertising and promotions, collateral production;
2.Possesses strong project management capabilities that ensures timely completion of tasks;
3.Possesses good organizational skills and is highly meticulous;
4.Possesses good knowledge of art direction for review of creative artwork and photography/videos;
5.Possesses proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint);
6.Is well-groomed and neat in appearance;
7.Experience in hospitality industry;
8.Possesses visible high level of initiative and pro-activeness;
9.Is dedicated, self-motivated and result-oriented;
10.Able to work under pressure and tight schedules;
11.Good interpersonal skills. Required to work with PR agencies, internal and external clients;
12.Chinese & English communication skills (written and spoken).
