Job Description

Job Skills Requirement:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality industry with at least 2 years expereince in reservations.
2. Experience in similar leadership capacity in the Maldives and/or Island Resorts.
3. Visible strong drive in result-orientation and competency in soliciting business to capitalize sales/revenue opportunities.
4. Advance levels of analytical skills and the ability to articulate the business and plans.
5. Must have leadership and communications skills to direct the activities of reservations employees and communicate with guests.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint).
7. Should be thorough with Opera Version 5
8. A good level of organizational skill.
9. Professionally groomed and is neat in appearance.
