Terms & Conditions:
- All rates are in Thai Baht and based on per villa per night.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge, 7% prevailing government tax & 1% provincial tax.
- All villas are king-bedded.
- The hotel’s check-in time is 1500 hrs and the check-out time is 1200 hrs.
- For children under 12 years of age, a surcharge of THB 5,900+++ per child per night applies. A rollaway bed will be provided.
- Villas are subject to availability upon group confirmation.
- All rates include of ONE breakfast. Additional breakfast is chargeable at THB 800++ per adult and THB 400++ per child.
- All rates are based on single/double occupancies and based in a minimum of 5 villas.
