Specific Terms and Conditions
- This offer is valid for sale until 28 March 2012

- A minimum of 3 consecutive nights stay is required
- This offer is subject to availability.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and Gift Certificates
- The complimentary night will be accorded upon check-in
- Rates are quoted in AED on a per villa per night basis
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast at Al Waha Restaurant (Desert Resort) or Sands Restaurant (Beach Club)
- Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours
- Request for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check out from 1200 hours – 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- Late check out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- An additional charge of AED 285.00, subject to 10% service charge per day will apply for a third adult staying in the same villa on half board basis.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted
- Maximum of 2 Children below the age of 12 years, who stay with parents, will stay free of charge. One Complimentary extra bed will be provided, subject to availability.
- No pets are allowed
- For 28 December to 1st January 2012 (both dates inclusive) – cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to 100% of the entire stay.
- For all other dates : Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival, including no-shows and early departures, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
