- Minimum 3 consecutive nights stay is required. Additional night is bookable under Best Available Rate
- This offer is valid only for Pool Villa- Garden View, Pool Villa- Sea View and pool Villa- Ocean View room categories
- Resort credit is not redeemable for cash, only applicable during stay dates only and is not combinable with any other offers / vouchers.
General Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in US Dollar (USD) on a per villa per night basis
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax.
- Check-in time is 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check out from 1200 hours – 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- Late check out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted
- Children below the age of 12 years, who stay with parents, will stay free of charge. Bedding for children, using the existing sofa is complimentary. A maximum of 1 child below the age of 12 years will enjoy the complimentary stay. VIP immigration service for children are subject to additional charges.
- Extra beds are provided subject to availability.
- Children between 4 to 12 years of age enjoy 50% off all listed prices in our restaurants (excluding children menu)
- Extra person charge inclusive breakfast, airport transfer and VIP immigration is USD 151.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax.

- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
High season: 15 July – 30 August 2013
- Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
