Package Specific Terms and Conditions
- This offer is bookable from 1st December 2011 until 30th June 2012
- This offer is valid for stay from 1st December 2011 until 22nd December 2012 (except 23-25 December 2011 and 30 December 2011- 2 January 2012)
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers and Gift Certificate
- 2 consecutive nights stay is required. Any additional night is bookable under Best Available Rate
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis
- Rates are exclusive of 10% service charge and 7.7% prevailing
- government tax
- Check-in time is 1400 hours
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check out from 1200 hours
- Late check after 1600 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- In the event of no-show, late cancellation, early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- Extra person charge is THB 2800 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and 7.7% Prevailing Government Tax, and includes
- breakfast only.
- Only one extra person is allowed in each room.
- One child below the age of 12 years, who stays with parents in a room, will stay free of charge on accommodation basis.
- Extra beds for children are complimentary and subject to availability.
- No pets are allowed
- 6 January – 21 December - Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, including no-shows and early departures, will be subject to a charge of 1 night.
- 22 December – 5 January (Both dates inclusive) – Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, including no-shows and early departures, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay
