Package Specific Terms and Conditions
- This offer is bookable from 01 December 2011 until 31 May 2012
- This offer is valid for stay from 01 December 2011 until 30 September 2012
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers and Gift Certificate
- 2 consecutive nights stay is required. Any additional night is bookable under Best Available Rate
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis.
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 7.7% Prevailing Government Tax.
- Check-in time is from 1400 hours and Check-out time is up to 1200 hours.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 2,100.00 person per night, subject to 10 % Service Charge and 7.7% Prevailing Government Tax. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package is paid.
- Only one extra person is allowed in each room.
- No pets are allowed.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of one night’s prevailing room rate.
