Assisting the General Manger of Banyantree Club & SPA Seoul South Korea under his general guidance and supervision, and adhering to the policies and procedures as meted out by the designated Resort, the incumbent shall undertake the overall direction and operations of the Food & Beverage outlets in the hotel ensuring the effective coordination of activities between them. Accountable for the achievement of the overall goals and objectives of the Food & Beverage division and for the hotel meeting as well as its Food & Beverage financial and guest satisfaction objectives.
Years of related experience
Minimum of 5 years in Hospitality Industry of similar Food & Beverage capacity
Minimum, Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Studies or related certification
Requirements & Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Hotel Food & Beverage Management
