To direct, control and coordinate all the Housekeeping department activities in order to make sure all the villas, public areas and back of the house keep clean and the amenities be replaced adequately within budget making sure the guest satisfaction.
Supervise gardening and minibar departments making sure they fulfill the hotel quality standards.
