1. Enhance and assist HRD to manage HR policies and procedures in line with corporate and local practice standards.
2. Support the HRD to oversee the full spectrum of HR Department.
3. Provide advice to the HR team and associates on Angsana Xian Lintong HR policies.
4. Provide HR administration support e.g. investigate associates’ grievances, explaining policies to property HR associates etc.
5. Associate dispute case handling.
6. Liaise with departments for any staff issues.
7. Implement procedures & practices in Xian that encourage a high performing culture to ensure the Xian property optimize its human resources for business success.
8. Work with the HR department associates and the property owner – Hotel operations in the HR key functions for Angsana Xian Lintong business units.
9. Ensure Xian property in full compliance with all Group HR policies.
10. Maintains efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports on time.
11. Conduct BTTR property level orientation for new associates and associates activities.
12. Special projects/ad-hoc assignments as and well assigned.
