Job Description

1. Supervise all Fitness & Swimming Pool staff ensuring courteous and prompt service is provided to all guests. Be in charge of the daily operation to ensure it is operation smoothly.

2. Greet all guests at any time in a friendly and helpful manner and attempt to learn and use the guests’ name at every opportunity.

3. Handle all guest requests efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner. Handle any guest complaints and take the necessary action.

4. Ensure all the service standards and appearance of the staff is to the required standard.

5. Ensure all Hotel rules, regulations and policies and procedures are observed correctly.

6. Conduct the orientation and training for all new and existing Recreation staff, including on the job training sessions when required.

7. Make a periodical check on all operating equipment in the Recreation and ensure it is clean, well maintained and in good operational order.

8. Prepare the weekly stores requisition order for the Recreation ensuring adequate supplies is available.

9. To manage the disinfected chemical.

10. To supervise the member card sales and try to accomplish more income.

11. Controls and analyzes departmental costs, to ensure performance against budget.

12. To analyze the guest coming situation reasonably and carry out some activity.

13. Ensure that the quality of the service are the highest possible and the Department as a whole is as profitable as possible.
