Package Specific Terms and Conditions

  • This offer is open for bookings from NOW until 31 December 2016
  • This offer is valid for stays from NOW until 31 December 2016
  • This offer is not valid on 1 January to 2 January, 7 February to 14 February, 30 April to 3 May, 30 September to 7 October, 23 December to 25 December and 30 December to 31 December 2016
  • This offer is only available for the Cotai Pool Suite, Banyan Pool Suite, and Signature Pool Suite room categories
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.

General Terms and Condition

•    Rates are quoted in Patacas (MOP) on a per suite/villa per night basis.
•    Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax. 
•    Check-in time is from 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
•    Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
•    Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
•    Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day. 
•    Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to prepay the full room charges inclusive of service charge and government tax for advance purchase offers, or the first night room charges inclusive of service charge and government tax for other bookings.
•    Reservations will be cancelled at the discretion of hotel without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted. 
•    All guests must present the original credit card used in booking upon check-in for verification purposes. Hotel reserves the right to reject guest check in without the presentation of original credit card with designated signature.
•    Extra person charge is MOP750.00 per person per night, subject to 10 % Service Charge and 5% Government Tax. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package rate is paid.
•    All Suites and Villas are not designed for events/functions. The Hotel allows personal entertainment in our Suites/Villas but the Hotel will be the only catering services provider.
•    No outside decorator/catering company or food provider is allowed to cater any functions in our Suites/Villas without prior approval of the hotel. 
•    No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy
•    Non-Peak Period - Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.

•    Peak Period (1-2 January, 7-14 February, 30 April – 3 May, 30 September – 7 October, 23-25 December and 30-31 December 2016, all dates inclusive) - Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.

•    For Early Bird Advantage 7 Days and Early Bird Advantage 3 Days Bookings – Reservation is non-cancellable, fully non-refundable and a deposit of total room charges will be imposed to the credit card provided upon confirmation of the booking.

Child Policy
•    Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a  baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.

•    Children 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular buffet menu prices, except for kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.

•    Up to a maximum of two accompanying children are permitted per suite/villa and must be indicated on the registration form upon check-in.

Other Information
•    Car transfer for up to 3 persons is available at MOP500.00 per car per way, subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax.
