- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- Extra person charge with breakfast is RMB 600.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package rate is paid.
- Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding with our compliments.
- Children 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu.

- Non-Peak Period: Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival, including no-show, will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
- Peak Period (1- 2 January 2012, 22 – 28 January 2012, 2-4 April 2012，29 April – 1 May 2012, 22 – 23 June 2012 (All dates inclusive)) – Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
