Being developers ourselves, we are able to anticipate the needs of our clients and have a strong track record in bringing assets from ground up seamlessly. We currently operate 29 hotels and resorts all over world including, China, India, Korea and Mexico.
Banyan Tree also offers a full range of services that enables developers to realize their vision. These services include – developing the hotel concept, sales and marketing, managing the hotel’s finances, coordinating operations and human resources as well as instituting world class F&B outlets and an award winning spa. 
With another 33 hotels and resorts in the pipeline, we are constantly innovating and advancing our brand presence globally. 
Putting Pioneering Locations on the Map
By leveraging our two award winning brands and focusing on growing our presence in markets that offer the best growth opportunities, we have established ourselves as first movers in exotic locations. We have successfully achieved higher room rates than the existing market in locations such as Lijiang, the Maldives and Seychelles. We have also found that our iconic brands also help raise the value of the surrounding land. 
City Hotels
Our innovative city products combine all the iconic elements of our brand and differentiate developers within established, high cost city markets. We have the flexibility and capabilities to adapt our model to various locations so as to maximize returns for the developer – in Macau we operate a luxury 250 key hotel catered to the high end traveller, whilst in Seoul we manage an exclusive club and spa alongside a boutique hotel. We are also launching Banyan Tree Signatures KL that will house branded residences, a small boutique hotel and a club and spa where access is limited to club members, residents and guests only. 
As part of our strategy of enlarging our footprint in China, we will also be launching two more hotels in Shanghai and one in Tianjin, adding to our ever growing presence in various gateway cities.
