- This offer is valid for stays until 22 December 2012 (all dates inclusive)
- Minimum 2 consecutive nights stay is required
- Minimum 3 consecutive nights stay is required to receive one 90-minute spa treatment session (60 minutes body massage and 30 minutes ritual time) at Banyan Tree Spa
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, Gift Certificates or vouchers
General Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per villa per night basis.
- Rates are subject to 15% Service Charge, 3% Lodging Tax and 11% Value Added Tax, which are subject to change according to local legislature.
- Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- Extra person charge with breakfast is USD200.00 per person per night, subject to 15% Service Charge, 3% Lodging Tax and 11% Value Added Tax.
- No pets are allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
- 2 January – 30 April (Both dates inclusive) - Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
- 1 May – 22 December (Both dates inclusive) - Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
