Bali, Indonesia– Over 400 guests, including celebrities, partners, and socialites celebrated the grand opening of Banyan Tree Ungasan, Bali in spectacular fashion in an event themed “Soul of Bali”. 
 
Showcasing an exciting evening of entertainment and festivities featuring fire jugglers and street performers, the night started off with popular Indonesian artiste Tompi performing with his acoustic band. This was followed by duet Indonesian performers Vina Panduwinata and Syaharani and two fashion shows featuring swimsuits by NicoNico from Germany and APPMI (Assosiasi Perancang Pengusaha Mode Indonesia/Association for Indonesian Fashion Designer and Industry).

Guests were treated to a special performance by Anggun, who started off her successful career in Indonesia before achieving fame as an international artiste. The evening ended off with a dazzling display of fireworks and guests continued the evening with music from celebrity DJs Riri and Anastasia.

Organised by Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA), the competition is aimed at encouraging young professionals to work and compete in a team format, as well as display their skills and talents in an external catering environment.
