- This offer is bookable from 27 January until 19 December 2012 (all dates inclusive)
- This offer is valid for stays from 27 January until 21 December 2012 (all dates inclusive)
- Minimum 3 consecutive nights’ stay is required
- This offer is applicable for Deluxe Pool Villa only
- This offer cannot be combined with other offers, Gift Certificates or vouchers
General Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per villa per night basis
- Rates are inclusive of 18.7% Service Charge and Prevailing Government Tax
- Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours
- Late check out from 1200 hours – 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- Late check out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- In the event of no-show, late cancellation, early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 7,500.00 per person per night, inclusive of 18.7% Service Charge and Prevailing Government Tax
- Maximum of 2 children below the age of 12, who stay with parents, will stay free of charge. Bedding for children, using the existing day bed, is complimentary. 1 extra bed is provided subject to availability.
- Children up to the age of 3 dine for free for buffet meals with accompanying adult dining in.
- Children aged between 4-12 years old enjoys a 50% discount on all buffet meal rates.
- No pets are allowed
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival, including no-shows and early departures, will be subject to a charge of 50% of the confirmed room charge
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival, including no-shows and early departures, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the confirmed room charge.
