Ming Yue (“the bright moon”) is the all-day dining restaurant at Banyan Tree Sanya. For breakfast, we prepare a hearty buffet ranging from European dishes to Oriental specialties. Lunch and dinner offer a wide variety of a la carte dishes prepared by our culinary team. Private dining rooms are available, which can be reserved on request. Both Chinese and Western set menus are available.
