Package Specific Terms and Conditions
- This offer is bookable from 12 April until 29 October 2012 (all dates inclusive)
- This offer is valid for stay from 12 April until 31 October 2012(both dates inclusive)
- This offer is not available for stay from 28 April - 1 May 2012 and 28 September – 6 October 2012 (all dates inclusive)
- Minimum 2 consecutive nights’ stay is required
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or Gift Certificates
- Additional night is bookable under Best Available Rate and not inclusive of the package inclusions
- Rates are quoted in Renminbi (RMB) on a per villa per night basis.
- Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 5% Government Tax and RMB 11.00 Sanya City Tax per person per night.
- Check-in time is 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- Extra person charge with breakfast is RMB 816.00 per person, inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 5% Government Tax and RMB 11.00 Sanya City Tax per person per night.
- No pets are allowed.
- Non-Peak Period: Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
- Peak Period: (28 April – 1 May 2012, 28 September – 6 October 2012 (Both dates inclusive)) – Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
