Ming Yue at Banyan Tree Sanya translates into “The Bright Moon” is the main restaurant.

Open from 06:30am through to 23:00 in the evening providing service and food throughout the whole period.

For breakfast, we prepare a hearty buffet ranging from European dishes to Oriental specialties.

Lunch & Dinner are served with a wide variety of a la carte dishes prepared with care by our culinary team. 

Private dining rooms in Banyan Tree Sanya are available which can be reserved on request. Minimum charges are applicable with a number of both Chinese and Western Set menus available.
