Early Bird Advantage

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Korean Won (KRW) on a per room per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 10% Tax.
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check out from 1200 hours – 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge with breakfast is KRW100, 000.00 per person per night, subject to10%Tax.
• No pets are allowed.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a  baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu.

Other Information

• Incheon Airport transfer is available at KRW150,000.00 nett (Luxury Sedan) per car per way, up to 3 persons. Passenger Van is also available at KRW160, 000.00 nett per car per way, up to 5 persons.
• Gimpo Airport transfer is available at KRW 110,000 nett (Luxury Sedan) per car per way, up to 3 persons. Passenger Van is also available at KRW120, 000.00 nett per car per way, up to 5 persons.
• Due to the layout of the rooms, extra bed can only be set up in Premier Room, Premier Suite and Presidential Suite.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-Peak Period– Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a cancellation charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
• 27 April - 5 May 2013, 01 July - 19 July 2013, 25 August – 31 August 2013 (all dates inclusive) –Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the entire stay.
• 20 July - 24 August 2013, 21 December 2013 - 02 January 2014 (all dates inclusive) –Cancellations made within 7 days  prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the entire stay.
• For Early Bird Advantage Bookings – Reservation is non-cancellable. A full non-refundable prepayment is required upon confirmation of the booking.
