If you’d like to show support for the Green Imperative, you can help by: Staying at our resorts We have introduced a system by which guests can contribute to Banyan Tree’s eco-conservation efforts. It works on the basis of each resort guest contributing US$1 per room per night to the Green Imperative Fund, with Banyan Tree matching dollar for dollar. Click here to find out more.
	Shopping at Banyan Tree Gallery or the Museum Shop The cottage crafts at Banyan Tree Gallery and replica museum pieces at the Museum Shop are exquisitely handcrafted by various indigenous communities in Asia. Your patronage would therefore help preserve not only Asian culture and crafts, but also the livelihoods of these communities. Click here for more. Participating in our projects Simply learning more about the environment around us is a step for the Green Imperative. Our marine biology classes in the Maldives allow you to do just that, as well as participate in coral transplantation and reef cleaning activities. In the Seychelles, you can also observe nesting turtles, and develop a greater sensitivity towards these adorable creatures. Other activities are already being planned, so check back for more projects you can participate in.
