Terms and Conditions
- Promotion is valid from now till 31 March 2009 (latest departure date). All offers are strictly for New Reservations only. Re-booking of existing bookings will not be accepted.
- Confirmation of reservation is subject to availability upon request.
- Choice of benefit must be confirmed upon reservation.
- Complimentary night benefits are not applicable for reservations overlapping peak periods. Peak period surcharges of RMB 385++ per suite/ townhouse per night applies.
Peak period dates are as follows:
- 30 September 2008 - 31 October 2008
- 22 December 2008 - 10 January 2009
- 25 January 2009 - 1 February 2009 (all dates inclusive)
- All rates quoted are in RMB, subject to a 10% service charge and 5% government tax per suite/ townhouse per night unless stated as “nett” and rates are non-commissionable.
- Check-in: from 2pm. Check-out: 12noon.
- Extended Check-out time: 50% of the room rate will be charged for stays until 6pm. 100% of the room rate will be charged for stays after 6pm. All extensions are subject to room availability.
- Suite rates are based on single/ double occupancy and Two-Bedroom Townhouse rates are for up to quadruple occupancy. Third/Fourth person surcharge: RMB 385++ per person/ child per night. Special package inclusions are not included unless a full third person package rate is paid for.
- Child Policy: Children below 2 years stay free of charge with parents. The third person surcharge applies to children between 2 to 12 years old. Children below 2 years old enjoy complimentary buffet breakfast. Children between 2 to 12 years old are entitled to 50% off buffet breakfast. Kids menu is available for dine-in.
- Hotel transfers between the airport and resort is charged at RMB 360nett per way (maximum of 3 persons per car).
- Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Rates above are limited and applicable for individual bookings only. Please contact us for quotations on any group bookings for more than 4 rooms.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
