• Rates are quoted in US dollars per villa per night
• Rates are subject to service charge (10%) and prevailing government tax (5%)
• Deluxe & Pool Villa rates are for single/double occupancy. 2 Bedroom Villa & Presidential Villa rates are for triple/quad occupancy
• Check-in and Check-out times : from 1400 hrs and before 1200 hrs respectively
• Extended check-out time: 50% of the room rate will be levied for stays until 6pm. 100% of the room rate wil be levied for stays after 6pm. All extensions will be subject to room availability.
  3rd Person surcharge at US$50++ per night. Special package inclusions are not included unless a full third person package rate is paid.
• No extra bed can be placed in the Suites. Existing lounger may serve as extra bed in the villas.
• Child Policy : Children below 2 yrs stay free of charge with parents. Children 2-12yrs : Surcharge of US$50++ per night per child applicable and are entitled to 50% off meals.
• Return Airport Transfers available at US$78++ per car (max 3 pax)
• Transfer to BT Ringha from BT Lijiang available at US$150++ per car per way (max 3 pax)

Peak Period Policies

• 18 Feb 07 to 24 Feb 07, 30 Apr to 06 May 07, 30 Sep to 06 Oct 2007 & 22 Dec 07 to 10 Jan 08 : Peak Period surcharge of US$50++ per villa per night applies. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

• Chinese New Year Holiday - 18 to 24 February 2007
• Labour Day Holiday - 30 April to 6 May 2007
