Terms and Conditions
- Check-in 2 p.m. Check-out 12 Noon.
- Rates are based on single/double occupancy.
- Rates are subject to 10% Service charge and Maldivian Bed Tax of USD8 nett per person per night.
- 2008: Non-Peak Season-Seaplane transfers chargeable at US335+ per adult and US200+ for children 5 - 11 years.
- 2008: Peak season (20 Dec 2008 - 31 Dec 2008)-Seaplane transfers chargeable at US360+ per adult and US260+ for children 5 - 11 years.
- 2009: Non-Peak Season - Seaplane transfers chargeable at US350+ per adult and US250+ for children 5 - 11 years
- 2009: Peak season (1 Jan 2009 - 15 Jan 2009 / 20 Dec 2009 - 15 Jan 2010)-Seaplane transfers chargeable at US380+ per adult and US280+ for children 5 - 11 years.
- Fuel surcharges may be applicable due to market conditions.
- Seaplane transfers are available daily at scheduled times between 6am and 5pm. Please note seaplane schedules are subject to change. Check-in baggage allowance is 20kg per paying passenger.
- All confirmed reservations must be pre-paid in full and payment subject to forfeiture if the reservation is cancelled.
- Credit card information provided does not require signature and constitutes approval by cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- The environment and ambient of the resort may not be amenable for children activities. Children below 5 years are restricted.
- Each villa can accomodate up to a maximum of 3 persons (2 adults & 1 child below 12 years of age); and a surcharge of USD500++ per night will be levied for an additional person sharing a villa.
- Early & Late Departure Fee: 100% of entire stay
- Should there be any request to book the entire island, the rates will be quoted on ad-hoc basis.
