Terms and Conditions
- All villa rates are based on per villa per night, subject to 18.7% taxes and service charge.
- Check-in time is after 1500 hrs and Check-out time is before 1200 hrs.
- Booking online using a credit card does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder the reservation.
- A non refundable payment equivalent to 1 nights accommodation will be deducted at time of reservation.
- A third person is not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
- 1Apr - 30 Sept: Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 1-night cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
- 1 Oct – 31 Mar (excl 22 Dec - 10 Jan): Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
- 22 Dec to10 Jan: Prepayment for full stay is required upon reservation. Thereafter, no refund will be given for any cancellation or shorten of stay.
- No show, early departures and shorten of stay is subject to full cancellation charges.
