Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in RMB per suite per night.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
- Tibetan Suite and Tibetan Spa Suite rates are based on single/ double occupancy. A third person may be accommodated in the Suite, sharing existing bedding. No extra bed can be placed in the Suites.
- Tibetan Lodge and Ringha Lodge rates are based on triple/ quadruple occupancy. An existing sofa in the Lodges may serve as an extra bed.
- Check-in: from 2pm. Check-out: 12noon.
- Extended Check-out time: 50% of the room rate will be charged for stays until 6pm. 100% of the room rate will be charged for stays after 6pm. All extensions are subject to room availability.
- Third person surcharge: RMB385++ per person/ child per night. Special package inclusions are not included unless a full third person package rate is paid.
- One way land transfer between the airport and resort by private car is charged at RMB310++ per car per way (maximum seating of 3 persons per car).
- Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Please note that payment cannot be made by travelers cheques.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 30 days to arrival will be charged 50%cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days to arrival, including no-shows and early departures will be charged 100% cancellation fee of entire stay.
