약관
- 요금은 빌라당 1박에 RMB 원으로 산정합니다.
- 패키지 요금에는 1박 1인당 봉사료(10%), 정부세금(5%) 및 산야시 세금 RMB 11이 부과됩니다.
- 풀 빌라 최대 수용인원은 2인입니다.
- 풀, 딜럭스 풀 및 스파풀 빌라 요금은 1인/2인 기준으로 산정됩니다. 2 베드룸 빌라 요금은 3인/4인 기준으로 산정됩니다.
- 체크인 및 체크아웃 시간: 각각 14:00시 및 12:00시 이전입니다.
- 체크아웃 시간 연장: 오후 6시까지 체류할 경우 객실료의 50%가 부과됩니다. 오후 6시 이후까지 체류할 경우 객실료의 100%가 부과됩니다. 체크아웃 연장은 빈 객실이 있을 경우에만 가능합니다.
- 규정 인원 초과시 1명당(세 번째/다섯 번째 투숙객) 1박에 RMB 385++입니다. 초과 인원에 대한 할인 요금은 패키지에 포함됩니다.
- 아동에 관한 정책: 2세 미만의 아이는 부모 동반시 무료입니다. 2-12세 어린이: 어린이 당 1박에 RMB 385++이며 음식값의 50% 할인이 적용됩니다.
- 모든 가격과 패키지에 대한 세부사항은 사전 통지 없이 변경될 수 있습니다.
- 모든 예약은 신용카드로 해야 합니다.

취소 정책
- 도착 30일 이내에 취소하는 경우, 취소 수수료 50%가 부과됩니다.
- No Show 및 Early Departure를 포함하여 도착 14일 이내에 취소하는 경우, 취소 수수료 100%가 부과됩니다.

Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in RMB Yuan per villa per night.
- Package rate is subject to Service Charge of 10%, govt tax of (5%) and Sanya city tax RMB 11 net per person per night.
- Pool Villa maximum occupancy is 2 pax.
- Pool, Deluxe Pool & SpaPool Villa rates are for single/double occupancy. 2 Bedroom Villa rates are for triple/quad occupancy.
- Check-in and Check-out times : from 1400 hrs and before 1200 hrs respectively.
- Extended check-out time: 50% of the room rate will be levied for stays until 6pm. 100% of the room rate wil be levied for stays after 6pm. All extensions will be subject to room availability.
- 3rd/5th Person surcharge at RMB 385++ per night. The rates are includes package benefits for the extra person.
- Child Policy : Children below 2 yrs stay free of charge with parents. Children 2-12yrs : Surcharge of RMB 385++ per night per child applicable and are entitled to 50% off meals.
- All prices and package details are subject to change without prior notice.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit Card.
