Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in RMB Yuan per villa per night.
- Rates are subject to service charge (10%), prevailing government tax (5%) and Sanya city tax RMB 11 net per person per night.
- Check-in and Check-out times : from 1400 hrs and before 1200 hrs respectively.
- Extended check-out time: 50% of the room rate will be levied for stays until 6pm. 100% of the room rate wil be levied for stays after 6pm. All extensions will be subject to room availability.
- All prices and package details are subject to change without prior notice.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit Card.

- Peak Period surcharge of RMB1150++per villa per night applies on the above dates.
- Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
