• Rates are quoted in US dollars per villa per night.
• Rates are subject to service charge (10%) and prevailing government tax (5%).
• Weekend surcharge (applicable Fridays, Saturdays& Sundays)
• Standard Villa maximum occupancy is 2 pax.
• Standard, Deluxe & SpaPool Villa rates are for single/double occupancy. 2 Bedroom Villa rates are for triple/quad occupancy.
• Check-in and Check-out times : from 1400 hrs and before 1200 hrs respectively.
• Extended check-out time: 50% of the room rate will be levied for stays until 6pm. 100% of the room rate wil be levied for stays after 6pm. All extensions will be subject to room availability.
• 3rd/5th Person surcharge at US$50++ per night. Special package inclusions are not included unless a full third person package rate is paid.
• Child Policy : Children below 2 yrs stay free of charge with parents. Children 2-12yrs : Surcharge of US$50++ per night per child applicable and are entitled to 50% off meals.
