Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in US dollars per villa per night.
- Rates are subject to service charge (10%) and prevailing government tax (5%).
- Weekend surcharge (applicable Fridays, Saturdays& Sundays)
- Standard Villa maximum occupancy is 2 pax.
- Standard, Deluxe & SpaPool Villa rates are for single/double occupancy. 2 Bedroom Villa rates are for triple/quad occupancy.
- Check-in and Check-out times : from 1400 hrs and before 1200 hrs respectively.
- Extended check-out time: 50% of the room rate will be levied for stays until 6pm. 100% of the room rate wil be levied for stays after 6pm. All extensions will be subject to room availability.
- 3rd/5th Person surcharge at US$50++ per night. Special package inclusions are not included unless a full third person package rate is paid.
- Child Policy : Children below 2 yrs stay free of charge with parents. Children 2-12yrs : Surcharge of US$50++ per night per child applicable and are entitled to 50% off meals.
- All prices and package details are subject to change without prior notice.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit Card.

* Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
* Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
