As your personal dining host prepares your catches on the grill, follow a trail of rose petals flanked by flickering candles to your table by the water’s edge and watch the sky turn into a kaleidoscope of colour with every passing minute.

Indulge in the Grill on the Sands dining experience and savour delicious grilled treats such as fresh ocean catches, African barbeque and Seychellois style tropical treats in an environment like no other.

Grill on the Sands is available daily from 6pm onwards, weather permitting. As a great deal of preparation is required, we ask that you make your reservation 24 hours prior to dinner. Beverages are not included and need to be pre-ordered at least four hours prior to dinner.
