Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Euro dollars per villa per night
- Rates include Daily Breakfast for 2 persons per villa.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax of 7%.
- Check-in and Check-out times : from 1400 hrs and before 1200 hrs respectively
- No extra bed can be placed in the villas, although an existing sofa may serve as an extra bed for young children.
- Extra person surcharge of €200++ per person/child/infant per night is applicable. This includes daily breakfast.
- Return land transfer of €120++ per car is applicable (maximum 3 persons)
- All benefits and inclusions listed on the website are applicable only to packages booked online.

Cancellation Policy
- A one night non-refundable prepayment required upon reservation. This will be forfeited in the event of any cancellations.
- 20 to 25 March and 22 Dec to 10 Jan (Peak Period) : Minimum 7 night stay is required. Prepayment for full stay is required upon reservation, no refund will be given for any cancellation thereafter.
- All Other Dates : Cancellations made within 30 days to arrival will be charged 50% cancellation fee on full stay and package price. Cancellations within 14 days, no-shows and early departures will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
