Terms and Conditions
- Minimum of 3 nights stay applicable at Banyan Tree Seychelles and a minimum of 3 nights stay applicable on Banyan Lagoon I.
- Rates are quoted in Euro dollars per villa per night.
- Rates include Daily Breakfast for 2 persons per villa.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax of 10%.
- Check-in and Check-out times : from 1400 hrs and before 1200 hrs respectively.
- No extra bed can be placed in the villas, although an existing sofa may serve as an extra bed for young children.
- Extra person surcharge of €200++ per person/child/infant per night is applicable. This includes daily breakfast.
- Return land transfer of €120++ per car is applicable (maximum 3 persons).
- BANYAN LAGOON I Management and Skipper reserves the right to cancel any booking for any reason such as weather conditions that forfeit the safety of guests and staff.
- BANYAN LAGOON I rates are for the entire catamaran per night and can accommodate between 1 to 4 persons.
- The rates are on full board basis (includes breakfast, lunch & dinner; EXCLUDING any alcoholic beverages).
- Children Policy :
i) Children (0 – 5 years old) will not be accepted on BANYAN LAGOON I unless agreed and approved by Management.
ii) Children 6 years and above are accepted on condition that they are their parent’s responsibility. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No discount is available. No babysitting facilities are provided.
iii) Guests will be requested to sign a liability form.
- Banyan Lagoon I Land Transfers - Land transfers are inclusive and for a (maximum 4 persons) from the following points:
i) Between Banyan Tree Seychelles resort and to station of catamaran/jetty on Mahe Island if package is booked with Banyan Tree Seychelles resort.
ii) Between the Domestic and International Airports to station of catamaran/jetty on Mahe Island.
iii) Between Victoria, Mahe Island to station of catamaran/jetty on Mahe Island.
Cancellation Policy
- A one night non-refundable prepayment is required upon reservation. This will be forfeited in the event of any cancellations.
- All Other Dates: Cancellations made within 30 days to arrival will be charged 50% cancellation fee on full stay and package price. Cancellations within 14 days, no-shows and early departures will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
- All policies and package details are subject to change without prior notice.
- All benefits and inclusions listed on the website are applicable only to packages booked online.
