Apart from being impressed with the team's readiness and prompt response, the guests were very touched that the team went above and beyond their call of duty to shower care. The associates escorted the guests to the hospital, accompanied the guest's wife as she waited for her husband’s operation and provided her with refreshments, making sure she was at ease.
