Going Above and Beyond
A French guest made his way to the front desk with a look of worry, sharing how he misplaced his medication at a nearby restaurant the night before. It was a daily medication he could only obtain from his home country, that he could not miss taking or he could suffer from serious withdrawal symptoms. The guest could only recall the restaurant located near a French concession but had forgotten the remaining details.
Front desk captain Kevin comforted the guest and tried to get more details, such as the packaging of the medicine and other specifications. Kevin made a call to all the restaurants near the French concession and finally located the restaurant visited by the guest. Kevin headed down to retrieve the medicine and presented it to the guest, who was absolutely impressed, overjoyed and relieved.
