Khun Savittree Meesuksri (Sa)


Khun Sa holds a First Class Honours for Health Science of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine from Ratchamongkol Thanyaburi University in Thailand. She is a professional licensed Doctor of Thai Pharmacy, Midwifery, Massage and medicine treatment. She has worked in at Vibhavadi Rangsit Hospital in Bangkok and was a key committee member to develop the syllabus of health science and beauty programmes at the Thai Traditional Medicine College.

Dr. Elizabeth Konjengbam (Liz)


Elizabeth holds a Degree in Naturopathy & Yoga and a Diploma in Nutrition and Diet. She began her career as a Nutritionist and Yoga consultant and has worked with naturopathy colleges and hospitals. She affirms natural healing modalities and appreciates the value of modern science in holistic wellbeing.

Master Practitioner Rajesh Thazhe Thatathil (Rajesh)


Rajesh is a Master of  Yoga from  International Sivananda Yoga Vedenta Centre, India. He holds a Diploma in Ayurvedic Nursing and Panchakarma. He has more than 10 years of experience in various wellness retreats and monasteries and has trained numerous yoga teachers. He is also a motivational speaker, helps people to discover greater level of commitment, success, love and increased physical and emotional wellbeing.

Benjawan Thongrod (Bee)


Khun Benjawan holds a Second Class Honours in Physical Therapy from Mae Fah Luang University. Her expertise lies in post-operative recovery and enhancing the functional capabilities of elders. As a physical therapist, she works with clients to address systemic physical pain and guide them to achieve optimum physical abilities. She is an advocate of self-body awareness so as to minimise physical injury. Khun Benjawan is the lead designer of the many functional enrichment and self-assessment workshops at Banyan Tree Phuket Spa Sanctuary.

Chatpetch Petchkan (Frank)


Chatpetch (Frank) is a certified trainer with the American Council of Exercise. His passion is to help clients understand their current physical body through accurate physical assessment and improve quality of life through all-rounded personal training. He analyses current functional movement, core strength, stability & mobility to advise his clients on a balanced approached towards physical wellbeing.

Surapong Suya (Em)


Surapong (Em) is an all-rounded sports and fitness practitioner. His training experiences range from
Thai boxing, football, swimming, volleyball, badminton, windsurf, sailing boat, dragon boat and tennis. He has been an active Thai Boxing competitor for 10 years, winning 31 out of 39 fights at last count. His affable demeanor ensures that all classes conducted by him are effective, motivating and enjoyable.
