- A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for this offer
- This offer will be available for all villa categories
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.
General Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in US Dollar (USD) on a per villa per night basis
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax.
- Check-in time is 14.00 pm and Check-out time is 12.00 noon
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check out from 12.00 noon – 18.00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- Late check out after 18.00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted
- Children below the age of 12 years, who stay with parents, will stay free of charge. Bedding for children, using the existing bed is complimentary. A maximum of 2 children below the age of 12 years will enjoy the complimentary stay. Extra beds are provided subject to availability.
- Children between 4 to 12 years of age enjoy 50% off all listed prices in our restaurants (excluding children menu)
- Departure on 31st December 2017 is not allowed
- No pets are allowed
