Designed to enrich and empower, each activity in the weekly calendar aims to support you in continual self learning and connection. Guests enjoy the freedom of choice to select from a suite of 50 different activities and design an individualised path towards an enriching experience. Individuals with a defined goal or objective can select one of four Curated Programmes that are customisable to specific preference. A team of accredited Wellbeing Hosts are on hand to provide guidance or advice to those who need recommendations to design a unique itinerary.

Enhancing the wellbeing journey is a selection of spa treatments created exclusively for the Sanctuary Wellbeing program by the acclaimed Banyan Tree Spa Academy.
