07 Jan to 22 Apr and 1 Oct to 23 Dec every year: A cancellation within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100%, a deposit of 100% will be charged within 14 days of arrival. No shows will be charged 100%.
24 Dec to 06 Jan every year: A cancellation within 21 days of arrival will be charged 100%, a deposit of 100% will be charged within 21 days of arrival. No shows will be charged 100%.
