Guarantee Policy

• A credit card must be provided for guarantee purposes. Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.

Cancel Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival or one night’s accommodation charges thereafter. Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled, modified or No-Show.

Additional Policy

• An additional Kyoto City Tax of 1,000 JPY will be applied per person per night, subject to change without notice. This tax is to be paid by guests directly at the hotel.

Children Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are 4 years old or younger, accompanied by adult, dine and stay in existing bedding with our compliments.
• Children 11 years old or younger, accompanied by adult, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular breakfast prices, except for kid’s menu.
• Children 12 years old or older are considered adults.
