21-year-old Melati Wijsen is a full-time change-maker and co-founder of ByeBye Plastic Bags. Honoured by Time Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential Teens in the World, she has spoken on world stages such as the UN and TED, along with being Forbes 30 Under 30.
